Diver Requirements and Orientation

• Must hold a valid CDL (Class A) appropriate for vehicles operating
• Must be compliant with state and federal laws applicable to vehicles operating
• Minimum of two consecutive years of verifiable U.S. professional driving experience operating similar equipment
• Minimum driving age of 23
• NO DUIs or felony driving convictions in the last 5 years
• No major violations in the last 5 years, including but not limited to:
  • DUI/DWI
  • Possession of controlled substance
  • Driving while license suspended, revoked, cancelled, or disqualified 
  • Felony driving convictions or committing felony by use of motor vehicle
  • Hit and run accident or leaving the scene
  • Eluding police
  • Reckless operation including racing convictions
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Maximum of 2 moving violations and 1 preventable accident in last 3 years
• Maximum of 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years

Proof of not-at-fault required for accidents to be deemed not-at-fault

Once our recruiting department has processed and approved your application, your recruiter will then schedule your Drug Test with you and assign you your online orientation video modules. After the modules have been completed and drug test results have been received, we will then give you your orientation date and time.

Orientation is only one day and consists of:

• Completing New Hire paperwork
• Onboarding into our software
• Truck and Fuel Card assignment
• Meet with your Load Planner and Dispatcher
